1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Babu gaming is a regulated platform. To withdraw above a certain amount, identity verification is required — this is for your own security.

What documents may be required?

• National ID (NID) or passport photo
• A recent selfie with your face clearly visible
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement (if required)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — once per person.
• Bonus funds can be used for gameplay but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If wagering requirements are not met, any bonus and winnings derived from it will be deducted at the time of withdrawal.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the offer expires.

Babu gaming reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting on babu gaming:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed — the cashout option may be used where available.
• Bets placed before a match begins will be settled at pre-match odds.
• Current odds apply for live betting. If odds change, the bet will be confirmed at the updated odds.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, babu gaming reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the remaining matches will be settled accordingly.

7 Casino Game Rules

• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is listed on its respective game page.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on babu gaming:

1. Opening or operating multiple accounts.
2. Using false information or fake documents to claim a bonus.
3. Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
4. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
5. Exploiting any technical vulnerability in a game.
6. Engaging in fraudulent transactions with other members.
7. Allowing anyone under 18 to use your account.

Violating these rules may result in babu gaming suspending or closing your account without prior notice, and any suspicious balance may be forfeited.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Babu gaming reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing. After closure, existing balances can still be withdrawn, but no new bets can be placed.
